**Position : Digital Workplace Services ( End User IT) Pre Sales - Solution ArchitectLocation

Noida/ Bangalore Degree : Any GraduateRole : The Digital Workplace Pre-Sales Solution Architects are a key contributor in the development of winning solutions from 3i Infotech, and key to this is to work with clients consultatively and in formal RFP processes, to design compelling service and technical solutions to enable clients to meet their business challenges. A key contributor to the win themes and strategy. An expert in their field with experience of outsourcing and managed services in Digital Workplace / End User Compute.

Responsibilities :

The solution Architect is a client facing member of the solutions team and is responsible for helping shape client requirements and identifying innovative and competitive solutions to meet their business need, alignment of client business requirements with relevant 3i Infotech portfolio offerings, and where there are gaps or opportunities, to create new innovative solutions.

Analyses customer business needs for own area of expertise and uses industry best practice to develop most optimal solution for clients.

Accountable for within a deal the Digital Workplace scope ( End User IT Management) having total responsibility for all elements ? i.e.

Service, Architecture, Security, Cost, 3rd Parties, HR, Transition and Transformation and Risk Robust understanding of breadth of 3i Infotech Portfolio options, as well as alternative non-portfolio options, future offerings and what the competitive approach / market best options are.

Works with procurement to effectively engage with 3rd parties. Constructively challenges ? with key stakeholders.

Support the sales team in the development of winning propositions, including writing proposal elements as required, development of costings and models to identify opportunity to meet client business cases, development, and delivery of presentations to clients and internal teams.

Produces exceptional customer facing documents, with ability to draft content, presentations, and proposals. Accountability for delivery assurance and handover of designed solution to the operational teams Gets the required solution design approvals from business and delivery per the existing processes and gets buy-in of business responsible Utilisation of 3i Infotech methodologies/Procedure to develop and manage solution requirements Supports contract negotiations especially around all technical and solution elements (incl. cost impact) of own area of expertise Potentially as and when required on small, single practice opportunities with limited Digital Workplace scope and complexity, lead the overall solution.

Must Have Knowledge On:
Technical Knowledge (High Level)

Experience with:
ServiceNow/BMC Remedy/Symphony Summit/Manage Engine/Fresh Desk ITSM Service Desk telephony solutions Service Desk remote support tooling.

End User management Network Management Contact Channels :

Chat, Chat Bot, Mobile Apps, Nexthink/Lakeside Microsoft End Point Manager, Automation, Vmware Workspace One, Citrix Endpoint Manager, Jamf Pro, Application Compatibility technologies M365 : Office, Sharepoint, One Drive, Exchange, Teams, Meeting Rooms, Applications, Security.
