Brief Position Description:

The Clinical Systems Liaison is responsible for Collation, tracking and data entry of clinical trials systems data to support our growing clinical teams throughout the Asia Pacific region.

To provide support across operations and systems and liaise with many varied internal stakeholders, as well as the ongoing maintenance and support of clinical systems data for all projects.

**Minimum Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical role within CRO, Pharmaceutical company or Hospital (e.g., Clinical Project Specialist or Clinical Trial Administrator).

Minimum of 12 years' experience in data entry.
Strong skills with Oracle CTMS and Sure Clinical eTMF would be highly regarded.
Advance skills with Microsoft Excel, e.g., creating pivot tables.

Responsibilities:

Act as a conduit between the Clinical Systems and Clinical Operations team to perform administrative and maintenance of data in both CTMS and eTMF systems and ensure data compliance is consistently at a high level.
Collate and track system project agreement information and perform financial reconciliation for provision to stakeholders.
Responsible for updating and editing system training materials.
Review regular reports on system ticket trends for possible future system training.
Liaise closely with Novotech clinical operations and project management teams to facilitate quick uptake with systems across training, start up, and for ongoing compliance management.
Assist with monthly management reporting as necessary.
Join monthly meetings with Operations and Systems teams and prepare meeting minutes.
