Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with clients to understand their food preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Note any food allergies or specific meal preparation specifications from clients.
  • Prepare and present customized meal plans for client approval.
  • Procure highquality ingredients and inspect them for freshness and expiration dates.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards throughout the cooking process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station before and after meal preparation.
  • Provide clients with instructions on the consumption of specific food items.
  • Plate and serve meals to clients on time with creative presentation.
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain cooking equipment and utensils.
  • Minimize food waste and manage inventory efficiently.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
  • Proven work experience in the Hospitality industry as a Personal Chef, Chef, Cook, or a similar role.
  • Professional Culinary training or certification is desirable.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Understanding of nutritional requirements.
  • Knowledge of various cooking and cuisine styles.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Highly motivated and creative individual.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
