Knowledge of Mobile Device Management - MS Intune & Ivanti EPMM(MobileIron) & Ivanti Avalanche

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.

Tracking, Monitoring and maintaining computer systems.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the WebEx call).

Good understanding of Patch and Patch deployment process through Intune.

Experience in Application Deployment, OS Deployment and Troubleshooting via Intune and Application Troubleshooting in Windows 10/11.

Qualifications :

BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
