Description
1. Develop customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Monitor customer feedback, identify trends, and escalate customer issues as necessary
  • Work with the team to investigate, monitor and resolve customer complaints
  • Assist in the development of customer success plans to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide informed responses
  • Collect and analyze customer data to help inform business decisions
  • Identify areas of improvement and suggest strategies to improve the customer experience
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and processes

Salary:
₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
