Description
1. Develop customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction- Monitor customer feedback, identify trends, and escalate customer issues as necessary
- Work with the team to investigate, monitor and resolve customer complaints
- Assist in the development of customer success plans to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Manage customer inquiries and provide informed responses
- Collect and analyze customer data to help inform business decisions
- Identify areas of improvement and suggest strategies to improve the customer experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and processes
Salary:
₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
