Attending customer queries over Phone/ Mail- Cold calling and Lead generation over Phone
- Follow up with Customers for Billing, Dispatch and Payments
- Preparing Quotations, Draft Letters and maintaining Documentation
- Point of Contact for Daily Invoicing, Billing, Dispatch and payment dues.
- Maintaining good rapport with customers
- Run CRM Campaigns, Whatsapp Marketing
Pay:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
Shift:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (required)
- Back Office & coordination: 1 year (preferred)
