    Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical Consultant


    About the Company: We are currently looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team.


    • We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical Consultant with substantial experience to be part of our team.
    • The ideal candidate must have strong analytical, technical support, and troubleshooting abilities, as well as expertise in consulting and sales.
    • Responsibilities will revolve around working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, delivering technical support, and utilizing analytical skills to tackle intricate issues.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Apply analytical skills to comprehend business requirements and deliver consulting services for Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions.
    • Offer technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 setups.
    • Collaborate with clients to assess their business procedures and propose Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions to fulfill their requirements.
    • Create and manage documentation for Microsoft Dynamics AX configurations and customizations.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other systems.
    • Bring expertise in sales processes and workflows within Microsoft Dynamics AX.
    • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to effectively address client needs and issues.
    • Provide training and assistance to end users on Microsoft Dynamics AX functionalities and best practices.

    Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Several years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical Consultant.
    • Strong analytical, technical support, and troubleshooting skills.
    • Demonstrated experience in consulting and sales capacities.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
    • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation projects is advantageous.
