Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Planning:

Design and deliver lessons in accordance with the curriculum for primary grades.
Develop engaging and age-appropriate teaching materials.
Create lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Manage student behavior and enforce classroom rules.
Encourage a collaborative and respectful atmosphere among students.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
Implement strategies for continuous improvement in student learning.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on student progress and addressing concerns.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings.

Professional Development:

Stay informed about educational best practices and trends.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications:

Teaching certification or licensure.
Strong knowledge of the primary school curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

Previous teaching experience at the primary level is desirable.
Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technology in the classroom.
