Job description Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
  • Providing customers timely and accurate feedback.
  • Following up with clients to ensure the issue has been rectified.
  • Managing several cases at once.
  • Prepare the call records to maintain our call center database.

Requirements and skills

  • Strong verbal communication skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with system and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability
  • Ability to multi task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, any degree;
  • Prior experience working in a customer support role

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher


Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
