Job description Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
- Providing customers timely and accurate feedback.
- Following up with clients to ensure the issue has been rectified.
- Managing several cases at once.
- Prepare the call records to maintain our call center database.
Requirements and skills
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening
- Familiarity with system and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability
- Ability to multi task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, any degree;
- Prior experience working in a customer support role
Job Types:

₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
