Job Description:


  • Is a recognized leader and authority in a broad area of specialization or in a narrow, but the highly specialized field
  • Is responsible for the architectural program when the program is of limited complexity and scope, or plans and coordinates detailed phases of a major program
  • Provides support and leadership to others in achieving the technical objectives of the overall work effort.
  • Regularly called upon as a key expert in business development pursuits.
  • Consults clients and make recommendations to overall senior project leadership as a key liaison across teams. are met
  • Should be able to handle a team, raise RFI's and schedule the works, delegate and lead the teams as required.
  • Should be proficient in software design software like Autodesk Revit, MicroStation etc.,
  • US region transportrelated experience of design Metro Stations and Airports.

Qualifications:


  • A Bachelor of Architecture is required
  • Applicants are required to have between 1215 years of experience in Architecture, Middle East experience would be desirable but are not essential.
  • Good communication skills, and able to work well independently at times.
  • Able to see the "bigger picture" and take a birdseye view of projects
  • Confident, with the ability to work either independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
  • Accountability for assigned work.
  • Accuracy & precision of work.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Enthusiastic and Selfmotivated.
  • Work well within a multidisciplinary team.
