What you'll do

A key focus for the role is to identify areas where our customers can save money when procuring software.
Work alongside in country Spend Optimisation Specialist to deliver Spend Optimisation services to our global customers.
Responding to check Vendor relationships.
Overseeing the onboarding process and keeping live tracker up to date.
Procurement data analysis and data cleansing activities.
First pass analysis of ongoing data to identify risks and opportunities for Spend Optimisation Specialist
Carrying out market research to find all relevant information required to optimize software opportunities and deliver cost savings back to customer.
Tracking savings and value added activities for reporting success back to customer and CC Account team.
Work effectively with other business areas, in order to understand and address any issues.

What you'll need

The successful individual will have experience in spend analysis, spend data management along with software procurement or software licensing.
A good understanding of procurement life cycle and methodology.
Has a high level of attention to detail and diligence in order to ensure accurate data and reporting.
Customer service and problemsolving skills
Advanced Excel and mathematical skills Dashboarding experience would be an added advantage.
Ability to research and analyse information from multiple sources of information.
Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP Systems.
Reliable and desirable work ethic, with a customer centric approach.
