Data Visualization Associate/Gas, Power, and Climate Solutions

The Location:
Gurgaon

Grade/Level: 07

The Team:
The Gas, Power, and Climate Solutions Team is an integral part of S&P Global Commodity Insights.

This group includes various analysts who work on natural gas/LNG, power and renewables, clean technology, energy and climate scenarios, and energy transition.

Responsibilities:

Additional duties would involve providing support in troubleshooting, and in admin tasks such as help to manage inventory and helping with publishing client facing content.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a data visualization associate who will work on Power BI projects, has a keen eye for detail, has proven experience working towards strict deadlines, and can work collaboratively with different colleagues and ad-hoc teams.

This role would be ideal for a colleague who is eager to learn about various energy markets including renewables and energy transition.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
Proven experience in working with Microsoft Power BI Desktop
Working knowledge in DAX, and familiarity with M in Power Query
Strong attention to detail
Strong track record and demonstrable interest in visualizing data and organizational skills
Good communication skills
Familiarity with working with Power BI workspace
Basic knowledge of SQL and Python is a bonus
