Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and managing the company calendar as well as Mails
  • Coordinate with the participants for timely attendance in the meeting by providing them calendar invites and timely reminders
  • Collecting and checking the Presentation slides from branches & hubs before meeting
  • Recording of minutes of meetings, circulation of the same after obtaining the approval from the concerned
  • Status tracking of the decisions in the meeting and update the status with the management
  • Coordinate the meetings and calls with external clients
  • Assigning the tasks assigned to the employees through Basecamp software/App
  • Induction for new employees and generating Login credentials for them in basecamp.
  • Data analysis and preparation as requested by management
  • Any other works assigned from time to time

Salary:
₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
