ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and managing the company calendar as well as Mails
- Coordinate with the participants for timely attendance in the meeting by providing them calendar invites and timely reminders
- Collecting and checking the Presentation slides from branches & hubs before meeting
- Recording of minutes of meetings, circulation of the same after obtaining the approval from the concerned
- Status tracking of the decisions in the meeting and update the status with the management
- Coordinate the meetings and calls with external clients
- Assigning the tasks assigned to the employees through Basecamp software/App
- Induction for new employees and generating Login credentials for them in basecamp.
- Data analysis and preparation as requested by management
- Any other works assigned from time to time
Salary:
₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
