Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the IT sector through various channels including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.

Build Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and requirements.

Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business expansion.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients, showcasing our services, expertise, and value proposition.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, rates, and other relevant terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients and opportunities, track progress, and provide regular updates to management.

Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition of acquired clients and facilitate the recruitment process effectively.

Client Retention: Develop strategies to foster long-term relationships with clients, address any concerns or issues promptly, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.


Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in client acquisition or business development within the IT industry, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or consulting services.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the IT industry, including current technologies, market trends, and client requirements.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively and build rapport with clients.

Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and acquiring new clients.

Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating terms and closing deals with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop effective plans to achieve business objectives.

Results-Driven: Highly motivated and results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business goals.

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
