Job Summary:
The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) professional is responsible for managing, and selling resedential properties.


Key Responsibilities:


Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential properties for acquisition or investment. Analyze market trends, property values, and competition to make informed recommendations to clients.


Property Acquisition:
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate the purchase of commercial properties on behalf of clients or the firm. Perform due diligence, including property inspections, title searches, and financial analysis.


Leasing and Tenant Relations:
Market available spaces to potential tenants. Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms. Maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring lease compliance.


Client Representation:
Act as a representative for clients in real estate transactions.
Provide expert advice on investment decisions, property management, and do negotiations.


Negotiation and Deal Structuring:
Negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documents.
Structure deals to maximize the financial returns for the firm.


Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to commercial real estate transactions.


Client Communication:
Maintain open and clear communication with clients, providing regular updates on property performance and market conditions.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in commercial real estate
  • Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of market trends and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.

Working Conditions:


  • Officebased work with regular visits to commercial properties.
  • May involve irregular working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Frequent travel to properties, meetings, and client visits.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
