Responsibilities:


  • Open for crossfunctional roles
  • Reporting and tracking of filings across the US, India, and the Philippines
  • Contracts tracking/ Contract Management
  • Mortgage licensing assistance
  • Legal
Research

  • India contracts, policies and other legal documents drafting assistance
  • Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
  • Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility
  • Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
Competencies and Skills required

  • Proven experience as a Legal Assistant in a business environment
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law, Labour Law and procedures
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  • Sound judgment and ability to analyse situations and information
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Detail Oriented, with a focus on accuracy
  • Team player and able to work with little supervision
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize according to deadlines and the flexibility to manage multiple objectives
  • Master's in law will be considered an advantage

Education and other qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate Degree Holder in Law
