Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Inputting and updating client information, immigration forms, and other relevant data into the company's database with precision and efficiency.
Verification:
Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data by verifying, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information as necessary.
Quality Control:
Performing regular quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data entry.
Documentation:
Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of all data entry activities, including completed tasks, pending entries, and any issues encountered.
Confidentiality:
Handling sensitive client information with the utmost confidentiality and following company policies and procedures to ensure data security.
Collaboration:
Working closely with other team members, including immigration consultants and administrative staff, to support efficient workflow and achieve common objectives.
Adherence to Deadlines:
Meeting deadlines for data entry tasks and projects to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Any Graduate.
Experience :
Fresher.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
