Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
Ensure smooth functioning of daily activities, such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing overstock and waste.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
Utilize computerized systems for billing, inventory management, and reporting purposes. Basic knowledge of computers is required.
Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
Analyze sales trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate a diverse team.
Proficiency in computerized systems for billing and inventory management. Basic knowledge of computers is essential.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fastpaced retail environment.
Customercentric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Immediate availability for joining is preferred.

Pay:
₹11, ₹25,669.73 per month
