Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain hundreds of Kubernetes clusters on prems and on the cloud, including monitoring, scaling, and troubleshooting. Participate in oncall rotations to provide support for critical issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and components, including Kubernetes API, Kubernetes controllers, and Kubernetes networking.
- Experience with automation tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, or Helm.
- Experience with containerization tools, such as Docker or Podman.
- Familiarity with tools for managing Kubernetes clusters centrally, such as Kubernetes Operations (kops), Rancher, or other similar solutions.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
- Certification in Kubernetes Administration or Development is a plus.
