The team you'll be part of

Cloud and Network Services is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services.

It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia's enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit.

This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers.

Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.

What you will learn and contribute to

Work as e2e Security DevOps Architect for complex Security Products & Solutions like NetGuard Security Product Suite (NIAM, NACM, NCM, NSMC etc)
Expertise in Requirement Analysis, Solution Architecture, Design and SW Development capabilities to develop best in class Requirement Definition, High level design, Dimensioning, Low level design, SW, Solution Validation Strategy and Test Plans (including test cases for integration, system, reliability, stability and performance).
Performs software evaluations and testing of new and existing security solutions
Provide technical leadership in e2e delivery of Digital Trust projects and PoCs and guide team technically for development, deployment, migration, upgrades, system integration, system verification, UAT and Go Live etc.
Guide team technically for adapter, plugin, use case development and integration.
Interface with end customer, solution team, PLM, R&D, CSF and other stakeholders for leading all technical discussions related to solution, feasibility analysis, architecture, design, dimensioning and other technical queries.
Provide support for presales, solution feasibility analysis, estimation, scoping and costing.
Work with the Security team to support the delivery of offers using a combination of local and Global teams and external subcontractors.
Ready to work in different timezones based on assignment requirement.
Ability to travel up to 50% as & when required to support Business.

Your skills and experience

Scripting & Automation: Write scripts and automation tools using languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

Infrastructure Automation:
Design, implement, and manage infrastructure as code (IAC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible

Cloud Services Management: Deploy, configure, and manage cloud services and resources on platforms like Azure, AWS

Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Set up, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Gitlab CI/CD or AWS Code Build, Code pipeline, Code deploy or Azure Pipelines

Security Integration: Integrate security practices into the development process, including secure coding, code reviews, and vulnerability assessments with tools like SonarQube, OPA gatekeeper, Nessus, Jfrog Xray

Automated Testing: Automate testing and ensure the quality of software using Cucumber/Robot testing automation frameworks etc

SLI, SLO, and SLA Definition: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define Service Level Indicators (SLIs), which are quantitative measures of service performance. Establish clear Service Level Objectives (SLOs) that specify the target level of reliability for each service based on SLIs. Document and communicate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with stakeholders, outlining the agreed-upon reliability and performance commitments

Minimum 13+ years of experience working in the Security field as Architect
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills to interface with End Customer and other stakeholders.
Selfdriven, Strong capability of technically Leading the team to achieve the end Goal.
Very Good Team player, capable of operating in a complex network of human and professional relations
Focused on achieving results and meeting long term goals
Strong understanding of Networking and Security technologies: AWS and GCP native security controls, Firewall, NIDS/NIPS, WAF, Antivirus, Identity & Access Management, SIEM, DevSecOps, Web Application Firewalls
Understanding of objectoriented design, programming, data structures, and algorithms
