Sales Engineer - Gujarat

Lee Spring manufactures and distributes mechanical springs, wire forms, stampings and fourslide parts worldwide.

We offer an extensive product line of more than 25,000 inventoried products in a variety of materials available in stock and ready to ship today.

In addition, we also manufacture springs made to customer specifications. Lee Spring is the premier global source for stock catalog and custom designed mechanical springs and related products.

Roles and responsibility:


  • Meet assigned revenue targets by generating business from new and existing clients.
  • Promote the company product range using dedicated promotion tools.
  • Responsible to provide appropriate product recommendations against customer specifications.
  • Take care of all correspondence related to samples and finding technical solutions.
  • Responsible for handling existing customers through daily customer visits.
  • Ensure company presence on customer site.
  • Responsible for business development & analysis of competitor strategies.
  • Maintain good relations with customers and take care of customer satisfaction with loyalty, honesty, and ethics.
  • Actively participate in the weekly meeting and effectively communicate the potential challenges associated with existing business and new opportunities in the assigned market.
  • Support new product development activities and position these solutions in the market.

Education & other required qualification/experience/skills for the job:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience in sales and the technology field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • The ability to relate technical information to nontechnical customers.
  • Excellent technical and problemsolving skills.
  • Good leadership and team working skills.
  • Willingness to continue your sales and engineering education.

Salary:
₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
