client Service Executive

Location:
Ahmedabad

Qualifications:
Graduate

Experience: 0 to 6 years, Experience in medical billing or international customer service preferred

Salary Range:
₹14,000 - ₹34,000 (Depends on experience & skills)

Shift Timing:
5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (only drop)

8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (pickup & drop)

Weekend Off:
Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with billing inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions promptly.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Requirements:

Graduation degree or equivalent.

Experience in medical billing or international customer service is advantageous.

Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
