Job Description - Personal Assistant
Location - Bangalore, Whitefield-HO
Experience - 8+ Years
Qualification - PG/Graduation/Diploma

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Directly reports to the Country Head.
- Responsible for travel itineraries, arrangements, appointments, scheduling meetings, managing calendar and other coordination functions for both domestic and international.
- Takes and transcribes dictation.
- Liaison with internal & external contacts.
- Checking and replying to incoming and outgoing mails.
- Screening calls receiving & directing calls.
- Maintains a wide variety of documents, office files and records for the purpose of providing uptodate reference.
- Prepare sensitive documents & maintain a strict level of confidentiality.
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients
- Managing the calendar.
- Arrange corporate events internally & externally.
- Preparing MIS reports & Minutes of meeting and preparing presentation for the meetings.
- Coordinate with all the department heads.
- Coordinate and act as first point of contact to visitors and guests.
- Schedule meetings and appointments with the stakeholders.
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Performing book keeping tasks.
- Handling memos, reports, invoices, and related documents, including sensitive information.
- Perform general clerical duties as and when required.
Skills:
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent MS Office working knowledge
- PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Office.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- PA diploma or certification is a plus.
- Great interpersonal skills and should be able to develop pleasant working relationships across the organization.
- Be enthusiastic & self
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a keen attention to detail
Job Types:

₹75,000.00 per month
