Job Description - Personal Assistant

Location - Bangalore, Whitefield-HO

Experience - 8+ Years

Qualification - PG/Graduation/Diploma

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Directly reports to the Country Head.
  • Responsible for travel itineraries, arrangements, appointments, scheduling meetings, managing calendar and other coordination functions for both domestic and international.
  • Takes and transcribes dictation.
  • Liaison with internal & external contacts.
  • Checking and replying to incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Screening calls receiving & directing calls.
  • Maintains a wide variety of documents, office files and records for the purpose of providing uptodate reference.
  • Prepare sensitive documents & maintain a strict level of confidentiality.
  • Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients
and other external parties.

  • Managing the calendar.
  • Arrange corporate events internally & externally.
  • Preparing MIS reports & Minutes of meeting and preparing presentation for the meetings.
  • Coordinate with all the department heads.
  • Coordinate and act as first point of contact to visitors and guests.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with the stakeholders.
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Performing book keeping tasks.
  • Handling memos, reports, invoices, and related documents, including sensitive information.
  • Perform general clerical duties as and when required.

Skills:


  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office working knowledge
  • PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Office.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • PA diploma or certification is a plus.
  • Great interpersonal skills and should be able to develop pleasant working relationships across the organization.
  • Be enthusiastic & self
- motivated.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a keen attention to detail

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹75,000.00 per month
