Description
Handling inbound calls from customers and assisting them with their queries, complaints, or requests.

Providing product or service information to customers.

Resolving customer issues or complaints by investigating the problem and finding appropriate solutions.

Escalating complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams, if necessary.

Processing customer orders, cancellations, or refunds.

Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering customer service.

Providing feedback or suggestions to improve customer service processes.


Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
