Job Description:

- **Training the fresh Batch onboarded.**-
End to End training process experience.
-
Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
-
Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
-
Prepare learning materials for programs.
-
Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
-
Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
-
Research new teaching methods.
-
Responsible to increase the sales number from PIP.

Qualifications:

- **Minimum 6-7 yrs of Proven work experience as a BPO/Sales Trainer is mandatory.**-
Minimum 1 year of Sales experience.

Experience in Edtech is a plus.
-
Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.

Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.

Excellent organizational skills

Solid communication and presentation abilities.
- ** Excellent written and verbal communication English and Hindi is Mandatory(Any regional language is an advantage)
