Job Summary

• Your role will involve understanding user needs, conducting user research, creating wireframes, and transforming them into highfidelity designs. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to bring designs to life.

Qualification and Education requirements:

BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics or Electrical Engineering from a college/university of repute and having an excellent academic track record


Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points, and use insights to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, product owners, and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively.
• Implement best practices for accessibility, usability, and usercentric design principles.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend improvements to existing processes.
• Collaborate with developers during the implementation phase to ensure the fidelity of the final product.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute constructive feedback to team members.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Familiarity with frontend development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a crossfunctional team environment.
• Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback and adapt designs based on stakeholder input.
• Detailoriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Experience with conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards is highly desirable.
