Key Responsibilities

Ensure decipline in pharamcies - all pharmacists to wear Uniform, ID cards, Aprons and maintain personal hygiene.

Preparing shift wise duty schedules for pharmacists

Preparing list of non-available or low stock of medicines on daily basis and forwarding to Pharmacy Manager and Purchase manager.

Daily checking of high value medicines and cash verification at the start of the day

Depositing cash collection in the accounts department

Submitting hospital credit bills for medicines given to admitted patients

Monitoring of Near Expiry Drugs for prompt return to vendors.

Disposal of non-returnable expired drugs as per FDA norms.

Ensuring for Customer satisfaction and complaint redressal.

Monitoring customer billing and refund of medicines during duty hours

Arranging medicine stock based as per their nomenclature and nature.

Maintaining proper temperature and storage conditions as per the specific requirements of medicines

Maintaining statutory registers like adverse reaction register, banned medicine registers, Visit register as per FDA norms.

Regular health checkup and Fire training of all staff working in the pharmacies
- to be done.

Any other task assigned by the Pharmacy Manager
