    Description

    AiR Institute of Realization is a leading accounting firm in the industry, providing top-notch services to a diverse range of clients. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Chief of Mall (Leasing). As the Chief of Mall (Leasing), you will be responsible for overseeing all leasing activities related to our prestigious mall properties. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities
    • Lead the mall leasing team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective leasing operations.
    • Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract high-quality tenants and maximize occupancy rates.
    • Review and negotiate lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new leasing opportunities and trends in the industry.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities to attract tenants and drive footfall.
    • Monitor and analyze leasing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in mall leasing, preferably in a leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of leasing laws and regulations.
    • Proven track record of successfully negotiating lease agreements and achieving leasing targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
