Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop relationship with top corporates in Retail, Ecommerce, Consumer Durables, FMCG etc. who could be potential tenants
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Coordinate and seek support from respective departments for successful deal closure
- Lead and execute transactions with large Indian and Multi-National Corporations and ensure a smooth closure.
- Actively market the mall property according to tenancy plan.
- Maximize occupancy & profitability
- Tenant Management, Tenant Relationship & Tenant Acquisition
Salary:
₹75, ₹80,000.00 per month
