Responsibilities:


  • Fabricate, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to create tooling components.
  • Operate manual and CNC machines to produce tooling parts.
  • Conduct measurements and inspections using precision instruments.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop efficient tooling solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing tooling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tool room.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  • Document work activities, including tooling maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.

Requirements:


  • Diploma or certification in Tool and Die Making from NTTF/GTTC or CIPET.
  • Proven experience as a tool maker in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in operating manual and CNC machining equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of tooling materials, machining processes, and heat treatment.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
  • Precision measurement skills using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Pay:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
