Job Description:


  • Identifying training needs based on the Requirement.
  • Scheduling and Organizing training programs
  • Maintaining Trainees Attendance
  • Maintaining Assessment scores of Trainees who are undergoing training
  • Collecting feedback from Trainees about training programs
  • Preparing analytical reports for the training programs conducted Improving the
effectiveness of
training program (Tracking Efficacy)
