Experience: 3-5 years


JD:

  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of workstations /endpoints (In-depth knowledge of hardware troubleshooting).
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
  • Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
  • Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions.
  • Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Domain Environment.
  • Support print Issues and printer networking issues.
  • Set up and test sound equipment before events, broadcasts & recordings
  • Excellent problem-solving and good soft communication skills.
