Qualification

Any Graduate \PG with relevant experience.

Job duties and responsibilities:

Order booking / Issuing Proforma Invoices/Coordination for dispatches/Complaint Management.
Identify bottlenecks in the sales process, suggesting solutions in a timely manner.
Set objectives and KPIs.
Set up and monitor sales processes.
Serve as advisor to our business associates/employees by answering all of their sales related questions and concerns.
Stay uptodate with the latest sales trends and best practices.

Sales Coordinator requirements and qualifications:

12 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
Proficiency in SAP/ MS Office
Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience.
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
Critical thinker and problemsolving skills.
Team player.
Good timemanagement skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills. (Must be fluent in English/Hindi)
Additional certifications if any.
