UI/UX Designer
Kernshell is looking for an enthusiastic UI/UX Designer to join our team.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be working closely with our in-house design and technology teams in developing interfaces for our digital products-from websites to native apps.

You must also be tasked with designing collateral and other graphic design needs as required by the team.

Proficient in design software (Adobe Ai, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.),

Experience in UI/UX Design

Web/Mobile App Development

Design of social media posts

Responsibilities:

Gathering product requirements, estimating the project, and managing the execution of the project.
Collaborating with Product Managers, Project Managers, Sr. UI/UX Designers, Developers, etc.
Define information architecture, user journeys, personas, and workflow diagrams.
Perform user research, usability testing, and analysis of product usage to determine important decisions.
Design wireframes, create visual mockups, help define design system guidelines.
Work with a team, delegation of work

- extensive experience building and rapidly iterating on wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
- excellent communicator. The person must be fluent in speaking and writing English.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a UI/ UX Designer.
A degree from a design school or equivalent experience.
Outstanding portfolio showing a handson UI/UX track record.

- proven history of improving user workflows and interactions.

Knowledge of Interaction Design, UI Design, User Experience best practices, usability principles, and frameworks.
Experience conducting user research (i.e., surveys, observational customer interviews, and usability testing).

- expert at tools such as Figma and Adobe Tools.
