Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Support:
Provide prompt and courteous assistance to investors regarding their
existing mutual fund investments, transactions, documentation, and any new product
information.

Resolution of Queries:
Address investor complaints, concerns, and enquiries effectively,
ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.

Documentation:
Manage documentation of investors with respect to purchases, redemptions,
SIP's or any changes in their existing records.

Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services to
investors/prospects as needed.

Voice of Investors:
Feedback as received from investors regarding their experience with our
services and shared with the relevant teams.
