Job Profile and Responsibilities
- Oversee HR activities for over 200 employees across unskilled, semiskilled and skilled qualifications
- Maintain employee documentation across lifecycle from joining to F&F
- Oversee recordkeeping of attendance and leave management for payroll
- Coordinate with internal teams to organize training programs for new employees
- Organize quarterly/annual performance reviews and setting performance targets.
Excellent communication skills in Marathi and English:
- Good time management and organisation skills
Experience: 4-5yrs in a manufacturing company.
Salary:
₹250, ₹300,000.00 per year
