Description:
Have to take inbound calls for 480 minutes or to do outbound for 480 minutes every day depends on your work assigned within 9 hours of shift time.
To achieve assigned Unit / value/ Income across product lines. Customer communication.Qualitative:
Call Quality/Count of calls/Time on system/ Quality of sales. Digital Product Penetration. Audit and compliance. Have to achieve income targets across Bank product line.
Primary responsibilities:
The incumbent is responsible for representing the Bank and presenting the bouquet of eligible products to the non-managed customer of the Bank.
Educate the customer on the digital products of the Bank.RM is trained to identify the right product for the customer and explain the features and benefits of the product and selling the same for required revenue generation sales and Influencing and Communication Skills Banking Product & Process Knowledge Planning and Organizing Skills Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in the financial Industry.
,Staff should have to work as per the requirements of organization.No transport facility available.
Documents required: 1. 10th Original Certificate /PUC/Intermediate and Degree long original memo. 3. Pan card. 4. 1 passport size Photo. 5. Resume including address. 6. Relieving letter. (If you have experienced) 7. Previous company pay slips. (If you are experienced)
Salary:
