Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Tele Caller.
As a Tele Caller, your primary responsibilities will revolve around effectively communicating with potential leads, existing clients, and managing promotional and marketing activities.
Your role will play a crucial part in expanding our customer base and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients.
Responsibilities:
Call Leads and Educate Them About the Products:
Initiate outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.
Engage in conversations to understand their needs and requirements.
Provide detailed information about our products and services.
Highlight the benefits and features of our offerings.
Address any inquiries or concerns raised by leads.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and outcomes.
Talk to Existing Clients:
Maintain regular communication with existing clients via outbound calls.
Build and nurture relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address any questions, concerns, or issues raised by clients.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to foster client loyalty.
Record client feedback and relay it to the relevant teams for improvement.
Manage Promotional and Marketing Activities:
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns.
Conduct follow-up calls to potential leads from marketing campaigns.
Share information about ongoing offers, discounts, or new products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target segments.
Collect feedback from customers regarding promotional activities.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings and updates.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Outstanding customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.
Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with promotional and marketing strategies is a plus.

Salary:
₹20, ₹27,000.00 per month
