Responsibilities
Keyword Research:
Conducting thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords that can improve the search engine rankings of job postings.
On-Page Optimization:
Optimizing job postings for search engines by implementing proper title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and keyword placement. Ensuring the content is user-friendly and easily readable.
Off-Page Optimization:
Building backlinks and managing external relationships to improve the visibility and authority of job postings. This may involve outreach, guest blogging, social media promotion, and other off-page SEO techniques.
Technical
SEO:
Ensuring the technical aspects of the Seo and the website are optimized for search engines.
This includes monitoring website performance, fixing broken links, improving site speed, implementing structured data, and resolving any technical SEO issues.
Content Strategy:
Collaborating with content creators to develop engaging and SEO-friendly job descriptions, ensuring the content aligns with relevant keywords and best practices.
SEO Analytics:
Monitoring and analyzing website and job posting performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. Generating regular reports on key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
Competitor Analysis:
Conducting competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and staying ahead of competitors in search engine rankings. Understanding competitor SEO strategies and implementing effective countermeasures.
Collaboration:
Working closely with cross-functional teams such as content writers, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated throughout the job posting process.
Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identifying areas for optimization and suggesting new strategies to improve the overall SEO performance of job postings and the website.
Experience and Qualifications
- Prior experience in content marketing, B2B growth strategies and SEO
- Working knowledge of search engine optimization best practices
- Ability to think creatively, strategically and identify/resolve complex problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill (English)
- Familiarization with Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster Tools and analytics platforms in general
- Experience with website optimization tools and technical SEO best practices
- Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Selfstarter attitude with the ability to handle frequent feedback
- Ability to translate technical content from English to Spanish
- Strong knowledge of international SEO best practices
- General or technical knowledge of industrial/electrical engineering
- Experience running PPC campaigns in Google, Facebook, etc. with proof of previously successful campaigns
- Prior experience with WordPress editing interface, tools, community and best practices

- Bachelor's, Master's in Any Specialization
Experience:
- SEO: 4 years (required)
- SEO tools: 4 years (required)
Salary:
₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
