As a
Trainee Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting our US IT RPO / Staffing team by assisting in the recruitment process.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and wants to develop their career in the fast-paced world of staffing.

This role needs excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a dynamic environment, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the senior recruiters to understand client requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Update and maintain information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT staffing.
Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledgesharing activities.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with team members.
Detailoriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Prior experience in customer service / International BPO / International calling process is beneficial but not required.

Location:
This position is based in Vadodara, India, and requires onsite presence from day one.

Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
