Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Develop brand guidelines and ensure their adherence in all marketing communications.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create brand assets, such as logos, taglines, and marketing collaterals.

Digital Marketing:

  • Monitor website performance, analyze traffic data, and optimize user experience (UX) to improve conversions and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and market opportunities.
  • Analyze marketing data, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Generate reports and present findings to management, providing insights and recommendations for future marketing activities.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment and coordination of marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of marketing projects.

Online and Offline Presence:

  • Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online directories.
  • Coordinate offline marketing activities, such as events, conferences, and trade shows, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
