Description

Coordinating with Architect / client and their representative on regular basis to take approvals and update them on site progress.


  • Placing orders for materials required on site as per specification sheet and BOQ.
  • End to end daily site coordination with architect, client, purchase and project departments.
  • Making and following project schedule to achieve project deadline.
  • Approving contractor measurement sheets and making running bills based on these measurements.
  • Getting running bills checked and approved by architect / client.
  • Managing and updating site material records.
  • Managing and updating site labour records.
  • Maintaining good rapo with client representatives, architects representatives, contractors to ensure smooth functioning on site.

Salary:
₹12, ₹24,000.00 per month

Education:

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (preferred)
