Position:
Call Center Representative/ Customer Service Advisor


Location:
Mohali, Punjab


The major roles & responsibilities include:

  • 1. Make calls to given data within the timeframe
  • Provide correct information to the customers
  • Enters details into the software
  • Provide product/service information by answering questions; offering assistance.
  • Maintain database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log.
  • Improve quality results by recommending changes.
  • Keep equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
  • Keep on updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & training programs.
  • Add value to the organization by his/her behavior & performance.

Salary:
₹10, ₹20,144.48 per month
