We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Grievances Officer to handle client and customer concerns, propose solutions, and balance their needs with the best interests of the company.


As a Grievances Officer at Edumpus, you will play a critical role in addressing and resolving concerns raised by our clients and customers.

Your responsibilities will include investigating complaints, proposing solutions, and maintaining a strong commitment to both customer satisfaction and the company's interests.


Key Responsibilities:


Grievance Handling:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers who have concerns, complaints, or issues with our products/services.


Issue Investigation:
Thoroughly investigate and analyze client and customer grievances to understand the underlying issues and their validity.

Solution Proposal:

Propose and implement effective solutions to address grievances, striving for a resolution that aligns with both customer satisfaction and company interests.


Communication:

Maintain open and empathetic communication with clients and customers, providing updates on the status of their complaints and the progress of solutions.


Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all grievance cases, including details of the issue, investigation findings, proposed solutions, and resolution outcomes.


Collaboration:
Collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., customer support, product development, sales) to address systemic issues and prevent future grievances.

Policy Adherence:
Ensure that all grievance-handling processes align with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.

Reporting:
Provide regular reports and insights on grievance trends and resolutions to the management team.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or grievance handling role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities with a focus on customercentric solutions.
  • Empathy and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to grievance handling is a plus.
