PlateUp is seeking an experienced Junior Sales Executive in Mumbai.

As a Junior Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to assist the sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding the company's client base.

You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by effectively promoting our products or services to potential clients.

Your day-to-day tasks will include


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and research potential clients.
  • Cultivate and manage client relationships.
  • Leverage corporate connections for business opportunities.
  • Present products/services and create compelling proposals.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts, ensuring winwin outcomes.
  • Collaborate on B2B sales strategies and execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Established corporate network.
  • Understanding of B2B sales and contracts.
  • Selfmotivated and organized.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools.

Probation Period:
Your first 3 months will be a probationary period. During this time, your salary will be 50% of the offered amount. This helps us ensure the role suits you and aligns with our goals.

Evaluation:
We'll assess your progress, performance, and contributions after the probation.

If all goes well and you're aligned with our goals, you'll be offered full-time employment with the initially proposed salary.

₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
