BeeperMD looking for passionate English speaking MedTech Relationship Executives who are fluent enough to have conversations with US Med Techs.

**Roles & Responsibilities:
- **•Interface with US Med Techs via inbound/Outbound calls and chat.


  • Excellent verbal Skills in English Languages.
  • Maintain relationships with techs
  • Get and schedule Availability 90% or more
  • Handle and resolve issues with techs
  • Maintain zero escalation
  • Clarify Med Tech requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems.

English Fluency level:
Fluent.


  • Immediate joiners will be given first preference
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills In English.
  • Flexible with a 24/7 Environment.
  • Experience with International BPO in voice/chat process will be a plus point.

Shift:
Rotational Shift(247) and 5 Days working.

Job Location:
Should be willing to relocate to Chandigarh. we don't provide work from home opportunity

English (mandatory)

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
