Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Sales Targets:
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Market Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the team regarding customer needs and market trends.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Effectively negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals.
- Ensure a smooth transition of closed deals to the implementation or customer success teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and competitive environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Salary:
₹12, ₹40,000.00 per month
