Job Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

Sales Targets:


  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Market Knowledge:


  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the team regarding customer needs and market trends.

Negotiation and Closing:


  • Effectively negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of closed deals to the implementation or customer success teams.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹12, ₹40,000.00 per month
