1. Required Experience - Total experience (Year wise): 0-4 years - Experience Work wise in capacity of : Company Law, FEMA, IBC - Preferred Industry/ Company : CS Firm having listed clients / listed Company

Key Job Responsibilities:

Development of Companies Act module
Managing the secretarial compliances of the Taxmann group
Analyzing the provisions of Company Law/FEMA/IBC/Competition Law/Banking Laws and their presentation in a simplified manner
Editing of writeups prepared by authors
Analyzing the recent case laws, circulars and notifications
Assisting the editors to make necessary changes in Company Law/FEMA/Securities Law/ IBC/ Competition Acts, Rules and Notifications
Assisting in developing tools/calculators under the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA
