Pharmacovigilance Voice Process

Role & Responsibilities
As a Pharmacovigilance Voice Process professional at MNC'S your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking phone calls and accurately documenting adverse events, product complaints, and medical inquiries in the AE Intake Tool.
  • Probing efficiently for information related to adverse events, patient's medical history, demographics, physician's information, etc.
  • Proofreading information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Eligibility Criteria: B. Pharma / M. Pharma degree with Pharma license only.
  • Freshers from a Pharma background can apply.
  • 5 days of work from the office.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
