About the team:

This role is a part of our GBPA - COE Design & Research Team.

The team is focused on serving and supporting clients as well as internal functions for their requirements related to UI/UX design, web solution design & development, learning solutions and content creation.

Our team of designers and developers transform any complex ideas and requirements into compelling user experience.

What you will be doing:

Have good working knowledge of graphical user interface principles and visual design principles
Be familiar with Web and Windowsbased human interface and design/development environment. Must be familiar with experimental design, human factors, ergonomics, research methods and behavioral sciences
Have a demonstrated ability to design HFD, LFD using tools like Adobe XD, Balsamiq etc.
Have a demonstrated ability in scripting languages like HTML, CSS, Javascript etc. Familiar with Agile environment
Communicate ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
Must be selfmotivated, keen learner, team player and results oriented. Requires good organizational skills and must be detailoriented

What you bring:

5 to 7 Years of UI and UX design expertise
Experience in Adobe tools such as XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
Hands On experience in HTML, CSS etc.
Experience on UI/UX design process from research to design and testing

Added bonus if you have:

Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) from HFI
Certified HCI professional
Knowledge of FIS' products and services
Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
